Wonderful service by Mrs Petry, who was very friendly and helpful on the phone, by email and in person. Thank you!!! She took all our requests to heart (vegetarian breakfast, sauna on at the requested time, tips and tricks for walks in the region) and everything was done as requested. She even kindly gave us the choice of room given that the hotel wasn't very busy. The entire staff was very friendly (the gentleman who delivered breakfast, the cleaning lady, the cook, ...). Everyone had a smile on their face and was warm and kind.
